Services outside our agency are offered by appointment only and subject to our team's availability. Please let us know your arrival and departure times when making your reservation.

*Agency – Heiri, Faa'a
Our agency remains our main point of contact for collection and return.
Opening hours: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Pick-up and drop-off at the agency are included in your price.

*Tahiti-Faa'a International Airport
We can arrange for the delivery and collection of your vehicle directly at the airport.
From 6:00am to 11:59pm: service included in your price, by appointment and subject to our availability.
For pickups or returns made between 00:00 and 6:00, a supplement of 2,500 CFP francs per intervention is applied due to night hours.
The meeting point and instructions will be provided after your booking is confirmed.

*Papeete Maritime Station
Pick-up and drop-off at the Maritime Station are included in your price between 9:00am and 3:00pm, by appointment only.
Depending on our organization, we can deliver or collect the vehicle directly at the Maritime Station, or arrange your transfer with our team.

Outside of the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, no pick-up or drop-off services are provided at the Maritime Station. You will need to reach or leave our agency using your own means (taxi, bus, etc.).
Please provide us with your exact ferry times.
A delay of more than 30 minutes from the agreed time may result in additional charges, except in the case of an official delay of the ferry.

*Hilton Hotel Tahiti
Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged directly at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti reception.
This service is included in your rate, by appointment and subject to our team's availability.
We ask that you be present at the agreed time to facilitate the handover or collection of the vehicle.

*InterContinental Tahiti Resort
Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged directly at the reception of the InterContinental Tahiti Resort.
This service is included in your price, by appointment and subject to our team's availability.
We ask that you be present at the agreed time to facilitate the handover or collection of the vehicle.

Good to know
All pick-up and drop-off services must be confirmed in advance by Island Rent Car Tahiti.
The times given at the time of booking must be respected so that we can organize our travel and subsequent rentals.
For the airport: please provide us with your flight number and your arrival or departure time.
For the Maritime Station: please let us know your company, your ferry and your timetable.
