PICK-UP AND RETURN LOCATIONS

Island Rent Car Tahiti offers several pick-up and drop-off points to facilitate your arrival and departure.
Services offered outside our agency are by appointment only and subject to team availability. The location and time must be confirmed before vehicle pick-up or drop-off.
 

• AGENCY – HEIRI, FAA'A

Pick-up and drop-off can be done directly at our agency located in Heiri, Faa'a.
Opening hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm.
Picking up at the agency remains the standard solution when transfer or delivery services are not available.
 

• TAHITI-FAA'A INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Airport pick-up and drop-off are possible by appointment and subject to availability.
During opening hours:
The service is provided at no extra charge, subject to our availability.
From 7:00 PM to 11:59 PM:
Additional charge of 2,500 CFP per pickup or return.
From 00:00 to 06:00:
Additional charge of 3,500 CFP per pickup or return.
The meeting point and exact time are communicated to the client after confirmation by our team.
 

• PAPEETE FERRY STATION

Pick-up or drop-off at the maritime station is offered between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., by appointment and subject to our availability.
Pick-up or return fee: 2,000 CFP francs.
Depending on our organization, we can drop off or pick up the vehicle directly at the ferry terminal, or arrange for the customer's transfer.
Before 9:00 AM or after 3:00 PM:
No transfer service is provided at the ferry terminal. Clients must make their own way to or from our agency, by taxi or bus.
We recommend checking ferry schedules and arranging your appointment with our team in advance.
 

• HILTON HOTEL TAHITI

Pick-up and drop-off are possible at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti, by appointment and subject to availability.
Meeting point: hotel reception.
The client must be present at reception at the time previously agreed with our team.
The terms and any additional fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
 

• INTERCONTINENTAL TAHITI RESORT

Pick-up and drop-off are possible at the InterContinental Tahiti Resort, by appointment and subject to availability.
Meeting point: hotel reception.
The client must be present at reception at the time previously agreed with our team.
The terms and any additional fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
Pick-up and drop-off services outside our agency are an additional service and are always organized according to our availability, our schedules and our operational plan.
All requests must be confirmed in advance by Island Rent Car Tahiti.
In the absence of confirmation from us, the client must make their own way to the agency or their departure point.
The fees shown apply to each relevant pick-up or drop-off service.
We recommend that you inform us of your arrival and departure times as soon as you make your reservation so that we can arrange the most suitable solution.
